    Path-routed services have come back online. Our team is still investigating further to resolve any issues that may appear. We will continue to keep you updated. SLA credit will be given regarding this outage. More information regarding credit will be released in the official post-mortem.

    The facilities department has implemented a fix for the outage. Machines should slowly be coming back online that were affected.

    Our team is aware of an outage affecting machines in CHI-R5. This issue is currently related to the power delivered to the cabinet. We have been in contact with the facilities department at the datacenter and they are working on resolving. We will continue to provide updates ASAP.

    Our team will be conducting an emergency kernel update and reboot of our CHI-P-VPS-3 machine to ensure stability and reliability. This will be happening at 6:15 PM EST. We anticipate this to last roughly 5 minutes. We will provide an update when completed.
